The TerrACE project is a 4-year project (2017–2021) funded by the Norwegian Research Council. The project is led by the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (Amanda Poste, PI) and involves a broad consortium of Norwegian and international patterns (see Team).
TerrACE is a highly interdisciplinary project that seeks to generate quantitative information about terrestrial inputs (e.g. of freshwater, sediments, nutrients, organic matter and contaminants) to Arctic coastal waters, and to characterise effects of these inputs on the biogeochemistry, ecology and contamination of these ecosystems.
